    Daily chatter 21st June

Woohooo ... another nice day ... which should also mean the form stands up

Since my computer had a meltdown I still haven't been able to get MSDE 2000 to reinstall so I can use Proform... luckily I also have a working copy on the laptop.

I keep getting "Microsoft server desktop engine. Setup failed to configure the server. refer to the server error logs and setup logs for more information." .... I've removed every single mention of it from all parts of the disk and registry .... now I'm going nuts .....

I have SQLExpress 2005 installed and working for my own DB's, but Proform uses it's own MSDE install

I keep thinking of getting Proform but not sure I am currently in a position to get the best out of it. Also, football betting is my main focus at the minute rather than horses. One day though...

Wimbledon starts today too. That and football on the TV today

2 sets down and he's still only 1.36 on betfair.

On the back of Federer winning a set I have traded myself into a nice position on Betfair whereby I'll win a nice chunk if Fella wins and get out with zero loss if Federer does come back to win. I'm not much of a trader and could keep going on this one incrementally upping my position but I want to go watch the football instead so I am getting out before I screw it up!

I missed a couple of good chances to trade out due to the football and racing. That's where a bot would probably come in handy. 2-2 now, looks like Federer will win it.

I traded manually but yeah, a bot would have probably helped. Although as you say, Federer should win it now.

Getting the usual kicking on the horses too. I do all I can to get good prices taking 4.4 on a lay of Jigajig, watching it drift and go off at 7s and still it wins. I have two lays in the 3.30 at Wolves and they dead-heat! It's just not going well.
