Not sure where to put this.. so I am RECOMMENDING IT !
I have a 3 bedroom modern semi for sale in a nice bit of S Wales, near the Afon Valley -
it is now empty and has all the usual.. it is 49,950.. ( forty nine thousand nine hundred and fifty pounds...) and is an ABSOLUTE BARGAIN.
Property in the area is low but has been rising ( I bught this for 6K 2 years ago...) It has been let but I want to sell.

well you can buy a town in Africa.. not realistic comparisons, Keith..
meanwhile, I also own 3 properties in lovely resorts of BULGARIA... big, with their own vineyards and orchards, near mountains and sea, not the villages over run by gypsies.. and all cost me around 5k each.. lovely old stone houses, ready to live in..
I`ll be selling 2 of these in the spring... they`ll be more than 5k but still ridiculous by UK stanbdards...
meanwhile, apart from DSS occupied terraces in Gtr Manchester, where else in the UK can you buy a decent house like mine for 49,950... has to make sense for someone wanting an investment.. rent or wait and sell in the spring.. :hearty
