View Full Version : BT Members Access Problems

Win2Win

It appears some members have the odd problem when accessing through BT Click&Buy, the following sometimes fixes the problem.

Use the SEARCH function from your START menu, and look for;
btclickandbuy

It should find file(s) located in a directory similar to this;
D:\Documents and Settings\*******\Cookies

These are the cookies than can cause the odd problem. Just delete them, and try to enter.

Warning: Deleting all the cookies in this folder will result in your system forgetting the usernames & passwords on each site, although this is good security.

You need to use the username/password you signed up with BT click&buy, if you have forgotten them, either click the 'Forgot password' link on www.btclickandbuy.com or phone them up.

My username on btclick&buy is my msn mail address but obviously this is different on the forum but the passwords are the same, is this whats causing the problem, if so, how can i change this , because when i change the profile in bt to my username on Win2Win it won't accept it.

If you can access the BT click&buy account then you CAN access the members update page. On the BT menu go to CURRENT CONTENT and click the Win2Win link.

This forum has no connection with BT, so you would not have any problems.

I was more thinking of how much I enjoyed your debut 50 against the Windies, but I shouldn't expect a Scotsman to know about cricket. :wink :)

It looks like you get the choice of paying through your phone bill but can you convert from paying by debit card over to phone bill or do u need to start a new account anyone?

Go to your profile area on BT click and buy . I think you can change payment options there.

e55exboi

I resent that! I'll have you know that I had two Great-Uncles who played the stupid game for Aberdeenshire and Scotland against Australia, (Don Bradman, Et Al.)in 1948. I think it was the same year that England were all out for 52 runs!!! against the same Australian team. :wiggle: :wiggle: :wiggle:

The password has been changed this morning to the members Hidden area on the forum.

If you keep refreshing the BT members page the new one should appear.
