Do you mean a maximum liability per bet or you maximum exposure ie total outstanding liability?

Max exposure defaults to £5000 I think but you can raise that by calling Betfair I assume. That should be plenty to start with I would have thought

If you are talking about when you are placing a bet!

Above the stake box it says liability,
click on that, and type in your liability!

All bets will then be placed so that you lose
up to your liability on each selection!

:dunker I never eved noticed that box before :dunker I feel like an idiot! It's amazing how few people do. I know a few of the more experience layers were glad to hear about it when I mentioned using it when I started doing these properly too

If there's 4 horses in a race,
and you are laying them all to the same liability

Just press the lay box for each horse,
the press the liability button,
enter your liability, and it will work
it out for all 4 horses instantly...

But you have to go through that proceedure
for every race!

They do, but unless you want them to come round to your house and click the mouse for you, then you will have to click the occassional link/button on the Internet yourself

Nothing anywhere near what you'd be paying the taxman & bookies prior to the law changes & Betfair....imagine a fixed 10% :yikes:

I remember when it was 20% tax on stakes.
And a limit of 250/1 on accumulators. We must have been mad to even have a bet!
