the detroit @ new york game is nail biting as hell.

4th quarter
detroit give away a lead to trail by 3
8 second's left and detroit make a 3 pointer to tie the game
new york go down the other end at the death - but miss.

detroit lead by 4
lose the lead to tie
1 second left detroit miss a 2 pointer to win

ot2
detroit lead again by 3
3 pointer on 0.00 seconds ties the game

ot3
new york open up an early 5 point lead
but detroit peg them back
late misses by detroit looks to have given it to NY
final score 145 - 151 NY win

1.01 traded heavily on both teams well before the end. now i may be a basketball novice - but that has to be game of the season.

pissed off with tonights games ;fire

kobe bryant misses in the dying second to win the game for LA - they then go on to lose in the 3rd extra time. when they had chances to win in both the 1st and 2nd extra time.

detroit draw level with less than 2 seconds to go, then :censored: foul someone wito 0.09 seconds to go - misses the first free throw :) but burries the 2nd :(

denver chuck away 13 points in the last quarter to lose ;fire

pheonix nearly threw away a 10 point lead in the last quarter, they actually went a point behind at one point :yikes: with a min to go - but won a nail biter in the end.

an opposit story with san antonio, who pulled back a 10 point deficit in the 4th, and had a chance to win in the dying seconds but missed a 2 pointer. but forced overtime. and like every other :censored: overtime bet - went on to lose ;fire (traded out for a profit in OT) but still a losing bet.

there was an amazing game at memphis, as one of the lowest scoring teams in the league scored 144 (inside normal time) :yikes: and golden state on 135. 279 point in normal time :yikes: in what was expected to be a low scoring game. anyone on overs in the spread (would be sub 200) must be laughing.

just started a 'value' NBA system - tonight's 3 games it threw up a couple of outsiders (against my method predictions :ermmm ), and combined it with a rather complicated staking plan, it should pick up a selection for every game, but i will analyse it for a week or so (to tweak) before putting up any selections.

well the value picked new orleans to beat LAc @ 3.5 - now 1.6 at the end of the first, not a bad start :D .
and someones trading silly with big cash here £30+k @ 1.7 on the horets (didn't charlotte used to be the hornets :doh ) anyway that lead could easily slip over the next 3 quarters (as it often does) and theres not always enough liquidity to cover such a large bet.

well the hornets did let there lead slip :rolleyes:
and the 'value' system started pretty well picking houston @3.55 against my method pick of the night - the bulls.

theres actually quite a few decent 'other' bets in basketball, portland @ memphis - under 210.5 looks another cracker @ 1.92+

looks like it's time to develop an under / over and handicap system - should be ready for next year if i get cracking now :yikes:
