Hint: I figured out that the numerical order of the letters in each racetrack name didn't add up...so I tried adding them up in reverse

Couldn't another answer 133 be deemed as correct for this one...using the vowels in the names....?

1 ) 2e + i + o = 139
2 ) 2o + a = 101
3 ) 2o + a + e = 154
4 ) e + a = 98

Subtracting equation 2 from 3 gives e = 53
98 - e(53) = a = 45
101 - a(45) = 2o = 56 gives o = 28
139 - 2e(106) - o(28) = i = 5

so.....

= i + i + a + a + o + i = 133 (5+5+45+45+28+5)
