To be honest I didn't know that this section of the forum existed until I spotted Oldham's thread from yesterday, so I'll make use of it now:
Some of you may have seen my earlier rant about City Link. Crappy couriers aside, the actual supplier has been excellent - big range of electricals, generally among the lowest prices on the net (and my telly was £155 less than the cheapest high street price, with free delivery). The original delivery would have been received within three working days of ordering, but was lost by City Link. Once the supplier realised this (after I called to ask why I hadn't received it) they immediately issued a replacement, no awkward questions, which was received less than 24 hours after my query call. Also replied quickly to my e-mail complaining about City Link and didn't try to make excuses for them - just agreed that they are useless :laugh . Terrific customer service.
