I know the forum was down for about an hour from 2pm, due to a mass of drive errors I had to do a hard reboot & full system check. Hopefully that's put it right.

I do have a backup server now, and will put up the address when I get home tonight.

The forum/site may be on/off, and running slow over the next few days while we sort out the disk problem (probably on its way for a failure!!). I may just decide to move the lot over to the backup server, take a few hours though, and you wouldn't really notice anything.

OK. Just had word the HD needs replacing. I'll see if I can arrange it for this Thursday, but it means the forum will be offline for a few hours from midday onwards, while I back them up.

I will redirect www.win2win.co.uk to the backup site, and the midday updates will be on there, but that is all. The members info will be given out free, as I can't set up the subscriptions scripts without buying a license.

I will confirm all this in detail when they get back to me.

Fitted RAID drives this time, so if one goes it'll should speed up any future failures. Might even run quicker now!

Nice one. Didn't take the RSS Feed long to start spamming rubbish though, you need to fix that. :laugh

Been downloading 2367 emails for the last 1/2 hour....all vB errors.....now getting new ones of the Filipino site!!!!

Site may go offline now & again today, as we reboot the server to bring online new server updates, scripts, etc,

Nearly as slow as those Betfair Upgrades:lickme but not quite:thumbs:D. Couldn't post my selections and everyone of them won!:laugh

Their was a problem with emails going to folk who had subscribed since the repairs, I think I've fixed it now!!

All seems to be quicker my end as well :)
