Just booked my tickets for these next April in Manchester....not sure what car I'll be coming home, depends on what I can find after the gig :D

At only £15 a ticket, it's a bargain these days for such a top band. Hope they don't play as loud as Judas Priest, last time I went the Apollo I couldn't hear for 3 days :ooo

They took over a year finding a new lead singer to replace Tarja, but they've done a good job finding Anette Olzon, who has a voice in a similar range to Tarja.

The new album is vibrant, with the usual mix of fast, slow, heavy & gothic music, with some gaelic thrown in :doh

Should be a good gig, they've got some great music, and the new singer looks and sounds even better to me than the old one.
