Not necessarily a bad thing scoobs!

We play Luton twice in the next month and a bit, so you can bet they'll beat us twice once the new manager is in place :D

Its the only piece of bright news in the last few days.

Blackwell is not a popular manager. Just wish he was leaving immediatley and not working his notice.

A lot of us fans warned him after Mike Newell was sacked that the board who appointed him were shysters.

He chose to disrespect Mike Newell and blame the financial situation on him! He told the fans that if they did not like the vision (lies) that the board had for the club that we should not bother going anymore.

In the summer he signed a load of old hasbeens and journeymen and swelled our squad to 30 players. That team that playted so well against Liverpool had players Like Dean Brill, Calvin Andrew, Keith Keane and Drew Talbot who Blackwell had frozen out until the players he brought in were performing so badly or were injured that he had no choice but to play them. 7 of the 11 players on the pitch against Liverpool were left behind by Mike Newell.

He signed 9 players in the summer. 8 of them remain at the club. All the players getting sold are the players he originally thought were no good. No one wants the players he brought in because they are all ancient, except Edwards which proves a club like Luton should invest and trust in youth.

So there you have it. I could post lots more but you get the gist. Kevin Blackwell will now spin the story that he is getting his team sold off. The truth is he brought a new team but they have not performed and our wage bill is huge coz he did not give the young players a chance until he had to.
