i am sorry guys , i just want want have a rant to myself. i lost another person who i considered a good mate, he was only 37 , 2 kids , blah, blah, blah. but he went the same way a few of the people i respect seem to go,through ............alcohol.

very sad Paul, bad enough to lose someone that young but when it's self inflicted and avoidable it's so frustrating...
