Hi All,

Just thought I would jump into a forum to discuss this and that about racing. I have some ideas that work well... to begin with... then they nosedive like Devon Lock. (Yes I remember seeing that when it happened! My Father had bet it to win! Then he got upset whenever I bought a Dick Francis book. I think Dad couldn't shake the notion that it had been a fix!)

I have a more scientific approach nowadays. I apply a pin to a list of runners.

Seriously, I know where the winners of a race are likely to be in the betting forecast. I stay with that and make sure the races I choose to bet in are likely to follow the stats. And generally the National isn't one of them.
Hope to live and learn and share...
Nice to meet you all.

Oh! I almost forgot.. I can see signatures, and ticked the box, but I can't see anywhere to put in one of my own.
*I started with nothing... I still have most of it left.*
