SOULARD is to run at Kempton this saturday. SOULARD is one of the toughthest horses at Spearings yard ( and indeed around at his grade ) and he is working very well on the gallops at the moment , loves to battle and is just an extremely powerful animal ( dont know when hes beat ).
Ive heard through the grapevine that Liam Treadwell had personally asked to ride the horse saturday ( but Thornton is to ride). Thornton has been the most frequent rider of SOULARD but still interesting.
Andy Thornton rode SOULARD last time out over an inadequate trip ( Spearing only took the chace because of the prize money on show). SOULARD came 2nd by 5 lengths to ALPHABETICAL ( one of Charlie Manns ) on that occasion , which was no mean feat bearing in mind ALPHABETICAL is in tremendous form ( won 3 out of its last 4 now ). However that race was over 2m 3f and SOULARD needs/wants a couple of furlongs extra which he is to get saturday - back to its winning distance of 2m 5f.

With the horse screaming for a race SOULARD has great claims Saturday at his best distance ground etc and if you wish to play it safe an each way because the eary morning price will be ok. Personally i think SOULARD will win however.
NOTE : SOULARD will almost certainly be backed Saturday - so to get an early price is advisable GOOD LUCK gallopscope
