;fire ive just spent most of the day on the phone to the bt broadband technical helpline, now i'm the last person to be rascist but how come some bird in india with a folder can be called technical help ::swear to cut a very long story short after 3 hours she decided my hub was knackered and they would send me a new one which i would get thursday :ermmm anyway something was niggling me at the back of my mind as it does sometimes and i knew that that something silly had been missed, all the cables had been checked so what else could it be, finally it dawned what about the adsl filters so i bunged in an extra one downstairs and upstairs and it changed from a solid yellow light to flashing yellow and i knew i was on the right lines so i removed the original filter upstairs and hey presto everything works :thumbs
anyone want to buy a brand new bt hub iv'e got one coming thursday :D
