So today he was allowed to ride by a judge, today he's banned by a judge :doh .... so one of the judges doesn't know the law, and he's sentencing people in serious cases :doh1:

Surely it would have been better for the owners to just ask for compensation which is normally the case in these situations. Fallon should go back to the court and say he'll ride the horse then... as it does say in the contract so the owners would have to jock the other guy off :laughitupsmilie:

I find court cases like this one odd. Had the judge on Friday banned Fallon from riding then surely there would have been an appeal. Whoever lost that case would have appealed the result so why bother in the first place? Why not toss a coin and then go straight to the appeal courts? Or just have the appeal judge preside over the first case and deliver an unappealable verdict? :doh

Good point... but if he didn't agree with the appeal judge Fallon could have gone to the European Court of Human Rights for being prevented to do his job .... and then appeal that .... oh... before that though he could have gone to the House of Lords :headbange
