I enjoy the way he gets his teams to play and the fact he gives youth a real chance but he never seems to get the spine of team solid, especially with goalkeepers who have probably cost them any chance of titles and cups for the last few seasons. Oh and you never win anything with kids (there, lets see if I can have an Alan Hansen effect! :biggrin: )
