It's laughable isn't it. If teams are rewarded for failure like this, tells you how fifa staff must be treated :rolleyes:

If you count the dividing line as the old Eastern bloc, we're not even the 4th best team in Western Europe! Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Portugal....... so that's a debatable 7th already!
