Well I'd say he's NOT a racist, as we all come out with comments we don't really mean now and again especially in the heat of battle of a sport.

However, this case depends on how the law is worded, and if he's found guilty he'll be labelled a racist for life even though it's pretty obvious he's just an :ass2 :biggrin:
