Rules are:
1 Must be in race where favourites have the best strike rate during the last 5 years
2 Must be SP favourite in Non Handicap
3 If type of race with highest strike rate during the last five years doesnt relate to any race that day than no qualifier

Can past results be checked with RSB for these rules? (for those with RSB as I know Kered does not have it:D)
