I am considering a website concerning volunteering and tourism in Brazil....

Of course I would want it to look quite professional etc......and would want to design it myself if possible......although I am an IT pleb..........

Any advice would be really apreciated not only regarding building web-sites but on hosting too.....and the bottom line....COSTS....
