Im trialling some sports bets with variable staking

Column A = True odds, i.e. Betfair -1
Column B = Stake Required
Column C = Rolling bank

No odds on bets
Odds 1.0 -4.0 1%
Odds 4.1 - 6.9 0.6%
Odds 7.0 - 10.5 0.3%

Can you have a formula that from the odds entered the stake is worked out ? Or is it not possible to work within bands this way ?

Enter the following into B1 (in fact in all of B)

=IF(A1<1,0,IF(A1<=4,0.01*C1,IF(A1<7,0.006*C1,IF(A1<=10.5,0.003*C1,0))))

That's because none of this is that hard :)

All you have there is nested IF,THEN,ELSE statements. Powerful but simple
