    Converting spreadsheet formulas

I have some system spreadsheets where i want to adjust the staking now but dont want to affect the data i already have.

Ideally i'd like to convert all the data in each cell from the result of a given formula to just numbers. Then whatever I change wont affect my historical data.

Is there something in excel that can higlight all those cells and convert them to numbers ?

Or heaven forbid have I got to overtype all the data manually ????

Copy the cells in question. Right click -> Paste Special -> Values

Anything that was a formula is now the numerical result of that formula

    That what you wanted?
