I can't seem to sign in and I have no idea why!

It keeps coming up with an error code which seems to revolve around firewall issues. I tried turning both firewalls off, but it made no difference.

ANyone know any other reason why it may not work.
    It worked before we moved!

I'm just worried that when I take it apart, I won't be able to get it back together again!

    Take out power cable.
Take the side off the computer.
On the motherboard is a battery about 1.5cms in diameter, just click it out.
    Put in new one.
    Close box
    Put power cable back.

    DONE.
