Have you ever thought of taking Saturdays off seeing as you say they are not good for you.

I don't like them much myself as I feel there is too much choice and it means a ton of research.

I feel that Saturdays are my biggest test of discipline. Sundays are coming close as well. The week ends are when I have less free time available, so I have to be concentrated.
