    admiral taverns

i live on an estate just outside of scarborough and with great timimg , just before xmas and new year, admiral taverns have sold the local pub and it will close in the next 5 days our pub will be turned into a residential home and there's not another pub within easy walking distance and the buses stop running at 7-30 so it will be a taxi there and back adding another £10 to a night out. there's about 1,000 houses on the estate a lot of flats and masionettes for the elderly and disabled, the post office closed last year the hairdressers before that the butchers years ago and now the pub, all we have left is a food store ,bakers, chinese takeaway and chemist for sake what the is going on, the reason is purely financial as a pub it's worth between £300k and £350k but it's been sold for conversion for about £600k.

I have an impressive bank of knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, I've lost the combination to this bank.

Build a big shed in the back garden, put a bar in it, and supply beer for a 'donation' :D
