    Free Visual Basic, C++, C# & Developer

    It seems Microsoft have decided to keep this software free to keep the developer's happy, and works with the new .NET 3.5

    http://www.microsoft.com/express/download/#webInstall

    Handy to install and play with if you are interested in doing some racing software for yourself.

    I'm still using the 2005, as soon as I get the time I'll have a play with the new one, and see what extra bells & whistles are on it.

    Downloaded and installed the lot! (The DVD iso took about 4 hours to download but well worth it).

    After all that though, I still find Visual Interdev is the best tool for web authoring - it does what you tell it to do rather than what Mr. Gates thinks it should do!!
