Sick of backing horses that trade at 1.01 and still lose.
It never happens the other way. :(

I was already moaning about my loss on the 3.45 when the market was reopened and the two horses still trading weren't my lays :)
Had them both in a dutch for zero profit....great

Despite the early 1.01 shenanigans, it turned out to be a very good day for me.
The lays were on fire producing a clean-sweep.

I follow a few different systems to JJ so didn't enjoy the same clean sweep on the lays. In fact I hit one right at my price limit of 11.0 to really stir things up at the end of the afternoon session. Fortunately the evening races did the trick and got me back to breakeven. My final figures were 4 from 39, including a Lay'em winner at 10.0 as well as the 11.0 winner on another system (the others were both at 6.0), up 4.74pts but due to bank variations that equates to £1.25!
Also 1 from 2 on the backs, up 2pts.
