Why aren't the Kempton markets under 'Horse Racing - Today's Card' on Betfair? I noticed this last weekend too; they missed a meeting out then as well.
And where are the Chepstow markets? I can't find them under either of the Horse Racing categories. Oddschecker and Betdaq have them though so I am assuming the meeting is still on.
