Yet another complete stupid idea from a government on another planet, they can't even police the dangerous dogs act, why the hell would adding more rules to it work? :splapme .... and as the minister said this morning, it's to target the small minority of irresponsible owners .... so yet again policy to hammer the massive majority because of problems with a few!!!

I think I may put my dog up for the coming election. She has more intelligence than any of the present MPs. It's them that should be brought under control - not the dogs. Besides with all the hot air coming from Parliament, can't they control it and save on heating bills.
