The wife has just bought a new phone.
Apparently it is unlocked and can be used on any sim.
However, when she puts in her '3' sim, she can get no network.
Deffo nothing wrong with the sim as that works fine in 2 other phones.
Any ideas?

As it's unlocked she needs to manually set the networks to pick up T-Mobile signals.

I am sure I saw something somewhere where some phones may be unlocked vegy but can not pick up 3 signal? 3 is a funny network...so funny around here it doesnt work at all!!!!Originally Posted by vegyjones

I had a look at the t'internet, and I think , because I coulse I couldn't really understand most of it, that the phone isn't 3G, so it is not 3 compatable.
Or maybe that's wrong!!
