    Historic Racingpost Racecards

    Hi,

Firstly, apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place (my first post).

Can anybody head me in the direction of obtaining historical Racingpost racecards? I am looking at doing some back testing and usually use skysports site, as you can just change the date in the address, however I need the RPR and can't find old racingpost cards anywhere.

    Thanks in advance.

    Simon

Might just be easier to subscribe to Racing Post?

Try this tho: Google search a horse with " " around the name like "Marling", followed by] Racing Post
    http://www.racingpost.com/horses/hor...abs=horse_form

Like said u may have to be a subscriber to get full figures for each race? ?

It's best using software such as Raceform or Proform, as it is much quicker. horseracebase is still around I think.

H'mm, don't know if it's any good to you or how we'd transport but I just put 2 year's worth of Racing Post Weekenders in a box ready for recycling - they contain racecards from Weds-Sun racing for each week but

The RPR published there is not the same as published on RP website (not sure about the actual RP printed edition tho?) as some muppet adjusts them prior to each race?
