    6 week diet challenge

hello my names martin and i haven't had a drink for 32 days
just finished stoptober but as i'm a glutton for punishment i have just started the hairy bikers 6 week diet challenge, i have set myself a target of 1 stone but hoping for a little bit more, i'm being sponsored to raise money for macmillan nurses it's a charity close to my heart as they were so brilliant with my mum in her last few months.
so if any of you could afford a little cash to spur me on i have set up a page https://www.justgiving.com/martin-whittle1
and as tesco say every little helps.

I have an impressive bank of knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, I've lost the combination to this bank.

    I stopped drinking in 2002

I need to get fit and lose a little weight myself (middle age spread ), but until I get control of my arthritis again, it is on hold. That's my excuse anyway.

I've started to use a crosswalker now, trying to lose a bit of the middle aged spread I've put on in the last 2 years.
