Hi Tony, welcome to the forum!
I'm sure you'll find some on Keith's site (win2win) he has a fair few going. I would think if you're just starting out then backing rather than laying would probably be the best way to start given the volatile nature of the laying systems.

Stick to win betting, as laying has a low ROI%, although it is made up for with the number of selections. You need to make sure that you have an account with Betfair, and 2 bookmakers to make sure you get the best prices
