    Fajitas

I have just had my first experience of this wonderful dish....followed by my second....third and fourth.

The downside is that I now have to spend another 10 minutes cooking the other half of the pack!!!!

Agreed, but with the missus being a veggie I have to suffer Veggie Mince in 'em.

Quorn, Quorn and more bleeding Quorn in this house.....Linda McCartney sausages are ok though !

Aaaarrghhh not Quorn! My wife went through a spell of using that as well, the mince is awful, horrible texture, but the quorn burgers are pretty good. Give me a nice bit of organic fillet steak any day, cooked so it's still pink in the middle..... (wipes drool from chins.... :) )

My keyboard's running out of ink....

Is there a world record for number of Fajitas eaten in a 2 hour period? I'm sure that I'm pretty close to it now!!!

Looks like tonights dinner guests will be having beans on toast!

Oldham, if you like fajitas, have a look at taco cabana.com my local take out. Might give you some other ideas.
