    Friday Jukebox

Got so much I want to get through today I can't decide what order to do it in.

Bjork - Debut album (currently listening)
    Marilyn Manson (just... because)
    Death Cab For Cutie
Modest Mouse (I heard they're good... I know nothing about them)
    Some AC/DC stuff
A band called 'Metric' I came across this morning who sound pretty good
    Smashing Pumpkins
    Sigur Ros / Amiina
    Cat Power
    INXS

I think I love music more than anything else that currently exists... photography isn't far behind, mind.

John Mayall - what a legend.

Glad to hear you're rocking the roll. EVH is pretty mandatory for a day of rock, I'm having a tear-away from the Blues on a Friday to check out some new stuff. The band 'Metric' I mentioned above are pretty good - listening to 'Fantasies' album now... think of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs meets Garbage / Catatonia with a bit of electro thrown in for good measure.

    Have you got Spotify?

Ah, The Smiths. Great band. I like Morrissey when he's with others but not on his own!

Can't say I have heard it Tony, but I'll give it a listen.

Ben, what do you think to Joe Satriani? I got bought a CD of his for my 15th birthday and never looked back. Great guitarist. Yngwie Malmsteen is another who I like... and then there are people like Stevie Ray... and the blues scene... I'm giving into that for the rest of the day.
