Well to go back to Harmston's original problem ...
I have just had another Windows update and the same thing happened again. No Coral, no Totesport etc. So Keith was right and it was not Onspeed :splapme Lucky I was not too rude to them in my refund request
But this works for me Harmston:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options
Click on: Delete Cookies AND Delete Files AND Clear History
Click OK
Then Turn Off Computer
Leave off for 30 seconds
Restart
and I can get into the sites again :)
Hope this helps this time
Any more problems......PS will come round and 'fix' your computer for good :)

for all those who were good enough to offer assistance, ive finally managed to get it sorted, our man in the north was correct, oldham said it was my DNS servers and after 2 unhelpful calls to my ISP provider, they said as im on a wireless network they wont give support, i did manage to get a bundle of settings from them and after using my very basic knowledge and a lot of luck i found where to type them and sure enough so far im sorted, thanks again to everyone who assisted
Harmston
Go to the settings page of your router and download all the settings into a notepad, wordpad or word file and save them. Then you'll have them for next time.:)
