    Wink email problem

    I have broadband and windows xp using outlook express when I open oe I get a dial up box, if I try to send an email I get a dial up box when oe boots up I get a dial up box. I can receive emails but cannot send them. I've been through every option I can think of but cannot get rid of the box. any ideas gratefully received

    I use Outlook, but from what I remember about Express in the Options you need to uncheck any options that check for a connection.

    HI Keith, have checked never dial a connection, this is a recent thing so now I'm thinking it may be a virusso I'm scouring the net at present:D

    just to be on the safe side, download and run Superantispyware. It'll get rid of any nasties.

    did spybot,avg and zonealarm all were clear:)haven't got the one you mentioned is it any better than what I've used????

    tried it and it found 31 cookies most from microsoft and 1 trojan
    thanks a bunch
